Information Collection
AKI REAL ESTATE collects personal identification information specifically for the purpose of architectural consultation and real estate structuring. This includes but is not limited to: Full Name, Contact Protocols, and Asset Profiles submitted via the Engagement Portal.
Usage of Strategic Data
Information gathered is utilized to verify KRERA compliance and to facilitate high-level capital alignment. We do not engage in the commercial trading of client data. All information remains within the AKI advisory ecosystem for the duration of the engagement.
Storage & Security
We implement institutional-grade security protocols to maintain the integrity of your asset data. Electronic storage is encrypted and access is strictly restricted to authorized advisory leads under non-disclosure agreements.
Regulatory Rights
In accordance with national data protection standards, clients retain the right to request a summary of their recorded data or to request the permanent erasure of their asset profiles from our active registry.
